QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills.
- At least 5 years of previous experience working in an office or manufacturing environment preferably in a purchasing customer service AP/AR or transportation setting or a college degree.
- Strong organizational and follow through skills.
- Ability to handle multiple and varied projects.
- Ability to suggest change and improve processes.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Demonstrates Northern Tool Equipment’s 12 Core Competencies.
