Company Overview: Our client a leading renewable energy company is offering a unique opportunity within the renewable energy sector. This is a brand new solar farm with a 325 MW PV capacity.
Role Overview: As a Renewables Technician you will be trained to maintain solar panels. This location went live in 2024. All work is done in pairs. You will be attached to a senior technician to OJT. You will also be sent to third party training classes. You will become a versatile and experienced technician within a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Inspection: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and inspections on solar panels.
Reactive Maintenance: Address reactive maintenance issues often due to weather impacts on equipment.
OnCall Duty: Participate in a rotating oncall schedule being oncall once a month for a week. Receive an additional $2 per hour for oncall work.
WorkLife Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule with six days off in a row!
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: Starting at $26/hr for limited technical ability with potential to earn $40/hr as a lead technician. Pay will be based on your technical skills and motivation demonstrated during the interview process. Technical Background: Prior technical experience is required. Client prefers renewable experience but hiring manager is open to transitioning.
Personable and Willing to Learn: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a small team environment. The current team consists of 10 members with a total staff of 15.
