Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9AM6PM (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila time) with 1hour unpaid break
Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in converting enquiries into bespoke quotes primarily working from our Shopify platform. This position requires a strong sales background excellent customer service skills and the ability to efficiently process hot leads. You will be an integral part of our team helping to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and generating bespoke quotes.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and problemsolving skills.
- Utilize the Shopify platform to manage quotes and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the existing team and adapt to cover customer service needs as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and manage basic administrative tasks using Excel and CSV files.
- Utilize Office 365 tools effectively including email and shared drives.
