About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and customerfocused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Warsaw Poland. In this role you will provide onsite technical support to end users ensuring their hardware software and IT systems function smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide handson support for desktops laptops printers and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems applications and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts permissions and profiles using relevant tools.
- Ensure seamless IT operations by maintaining and updating technical documentation.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to address escalated issues.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing user concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft MCSA or equivalent are a plus.
