What work will you do
As a Workday Functional Consultant you should expect to be involved in the following:
Gathering business requirements
Build consensus around business processes and design
Communication of Workday capabilities
Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
Configuration of Workday application
In this position you will work with many clients across multiple sectors broadening your experience and understanding of projects. The clients you will be supporting exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support the business and create value. HR organizations now reduce costs and improve operating effectiveness through process improvements shared services outsourcing and employee selfservice but that s only part of the story we help them to drive the value this delivers and help the business achieve its strategic objectives in performance and growth.

Your Profile
Min 3 years of experience as HR Consultant
Extensive experience with implementing HCM Workday
Certified HCM Consultant
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Excellent communications and project management skills

Let's delve into your profile: Accumulated 7-12 years of pertinent experience, with a focus on client-facing consulting. Demonstrated passion and a successful track record in spearheading HR Transformations, achieving sustainable high impacts. A dedicated project manager adept at defining scopes and budgets, writing proposals, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and status reporting. Possessing a commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into projects. Solid affinity and understanding of technology and its transformative impact on contemporary work methods. Experience and interest in transformation activities, including developing communication materials, delivering training, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops. Essential proficiency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French
