Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Art Director with a strong foundation in digital marketing and expertise in AI tools for design and creative problemsolving. The successful candidate will lead creative campaigns combining cuttingedge visuals with strategic insight to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee creative concepts for digital print and integrated campaigns.
Lead design teams in creating highquality visuals and experiences that align with brand objectives.
Utilize AIpowered design tools like MidJourney Adobe Firefly or similar to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure that art direction aligns with audience insights and campaign goals.
Stay informed about emerging technologies digital trends and design innovations.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts Design Advertising or a related field.
5 7 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or a similar role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and multimedia campaigns.
Skills and Competencies:
Design Expertise: Mastery of graphic design motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of PPC targeting SEO and paid social media strategies.
AI Integration: Proficiency in AI tools for ideation prototyping and optimization.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a creative team while meeting tight deadlines.
Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret campaign data and refine creative strategies.
2 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting. Proven track record of building and engaging with online communities. Proficiency in managing platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Strong written and verbal communication to engage diverse audiences effectively. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite for data tracking. Experience with writing content and captions for ad materials, trend tracking, and automated community management tools. Ability to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
