Job Description

On behalf of one of our clients we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their innovative team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable home energy solutions and make a real impact on climate change.

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will:
  • Perform quality checks on customer installation plans
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback
  • Guide new Technical Account Managers in installation plan compliance
  • Implement new methods to improve processes including AI applications
  • Document and report issues found during installation plan checks
  • Compile statistics and KPIs on general quality using Hubspot and Google Sheets
  • Support the team in staying updated with the latest developments


Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant technical field (preferred)
  • Experience in quality control checks and compliance (highly preferred)
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
  • Excellent spatial awareness and ability to interpret technical plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with HubSpot Google Sheets or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in English Dutch highly preferred

A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in the use of SolidWorks for mechanical design. Previous experience with cooling technologies is advantageous. A creative, entrepreneurial spirit, with a knack for problem-solving. If you have a similar background but do not meet all the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
