Job Description
As an NPI Project Manager you will:- Lead product development from concept to production
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead core project teams and organize development tasks
- Ensure projects are delivered on scope time and budget
- Collaborate with product managers to execute product requirements
- Adhere to internal Product Development Processes
- Provide consistent project reporting and track KPIs
- Lead change and risk management processes
- Ensure proper resource allocation
- Support the development of internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in project management
- Experience in developing products integrating hardware and software
- Proactive handson approach to problemsolving
- Exceptional communication collaboration and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment

A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in the use of SolidWorks for mechanical design. Previous experience with cooling technologies is advantageous.
