Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients we are seeking an NPI Project Manager to join their innovative team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable home energy solutions and make a real impact on climate change.
Job Description
As an NPI Project Manager you will:- Lead product development from concept to production
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead core project teams and organize development tasks
- Ensure projects are delivered on scope time and budget
- Collaborate with product managers to execute product requirements
- Adhere to internal Product Development Processes
- Provide consistent project reporting and track KPIs
- Lead change and risk management processes
- Ensure proper resource allocation
- Support the development of internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in project management
- Experience in developing products integrating hardware and software
- Proactive handson approach to problemsolving
- Exceptional communication collaboration and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position based in Amsterdam. If you have a similar background or experience in NPI project management we encourage you to apply. You might also be suitable for some of our other vacancies from other clients or you can send us your CV as an open application.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in the use of SolidWorks for mechanical design. Previous experience with cooling technologies is advantageous. A creative, entrepreneurial spirit, with a knack for problem-solving. If you have a similar background but do not meet all the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
