Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide services at a facility in Victorville California. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other care team members to provide nursing care to patients while ensuring adherence to standards of care and practice.

Active California license

BLS

Minimum 1 year of experience

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of licensure.

Prepare patients for examination laboratory tests and other medical procedures.

Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.

Follow through with established treatment plans.

Maintain accurate detailed reports and records.

Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Perform duties within scope of licensure.

Additional duties as assigned by facility.
