The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and other senior executives. The role requires handling confidential information coordinating schedules managing communications and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the MD s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as required.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Screen calls emails and correspondence and prioritize them for the MD.
Organize travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries.
Conduct research and compile data for meetings and projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Ensure the office of the MD runs efficiently and effectively.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
