Job Title: Senior Solution Architecture IT Infrastructure & M365 Solutions Architect
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Design & Implementation
- Document and implement complex IT infrastructure systems that align with business needs.
- Analyze and document existing onpremises cloud and thirdparty applications including networking storage hosting and security.
- Design and implement robust integrations and data flows between onpremises SharePoint Microsoft 365 and public cloud services.
- Document and implement complex IT infrastructure systems that align with business needs.
Technical Expertise & Guidance
- Provide best practice recommendations for M365 environments to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Configure and manage M365 security and compliance features including data governance threat protection and identity management solutions.
- Develop adoption strategies for M365 services incorporating change management and training plans for end users.
- Provide best practice recommendations for M365 environments to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure thirdparty solutions integrate seamlessly with M365.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions tailored to business needs.
- Create solutions that integrate with Azure and AWS services while maintaining alignment with broader IT estates.

Leadership & Mentorship
- Communicate and present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and business representatives effectively.
- Deliver technical solutions to Lead Architects and IT teams while ensuring clarity and scalability.
- Mentor and coach Solution and Technical Architecture teams to develop their skills and expertise.
- Communicate and present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and business representatives effectively.
Compliance & Frameworks
- Ensure solutions adhere to IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
- Stay updated on industry compliance and security standards (e.g. ISO 27001 PCIDSS).
- Maintain accreditations in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF SABSA or similar.
- Ensure solutions adhere to IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Azure AWS and hybrid cloud integrations.
- Expertise in configuring security and compliance within M365.
- Handson experience in designing solutions that incorporate Power Platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and residual risks ensuring robust solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Architectlevel certifications and experience mentoring technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Accreditations in architectural frameworks (TOGAF SABSA or BCS).
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards like ISO 27001 and PCIDSS.
