Job Description

Define a compelling product vision that aligns with the companys mission and strategic goals.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage the product department budget optimizing resource allocation in alignment with product goals.
Create and implement a roadmap to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks for the product.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling ensuring timely delivery of highquality products.
Work closely with engineering design sales and marketing teams to align on product goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor product managers fostering a collaborative and highperformance work culture.
Interact with customers and partners to understand their needs pain points and emerging trends.
Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform improvements and prioritize features.
Requirements
Bachelor s or higher degree in Business Administration Economics or closely related majors.
Possess over 10 years experience with minimum of 3 years as a leader/ manager/ director role which includes successful product launches and development.
English is essential.
Able to work with tools such as Jira Confluence or relevant.
Candidates with SaaS cybersecurity and AI Solutions experience are preferred.
Proactive outgoing and decisive with high adaptability.
