POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly reliable hardworking Junior Project Manager who will support the CEO team in handling demanding projects to ensure smooth implementation.
The intern will be involved in all practice areas like employee relations internal policiesprocedures talent management and training in cooperation with the HR Department. In addition you will support assisting the CEO with administrative tasks in setting up the business.
This is an onsite internship and starts in JanMar 2025.
Requirements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and report to the CEO
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Contact person in HR matters and provide constant administrative support to employees across all areas of the generalist function including recruitment training benefits and employee relations administration.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals
- Be in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Conducting project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Asking team members questions to assess the overall health of the project and their contributions to project performance
- Working to match team members to the appropriate tasks in order to get the best performance (enhancing cooperation)
- Assist with marketing and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Supervise the departments
