Prepared illustrated parts catalog for worldwide Hella's products.

Primary responsibility has been to analyze, prepare manuals and create illustrations for

reproduction from source data into as easy to understand by customers.

Expertise in creating illustration for Hydraulic hoses, wiring diagram, schematic diagram, chapter

images and safety/warning decals illustration.

Update the changes in parts catalog and illustration through engineering change notice (ECN) by

analysis of Part substitution, part replacement, parts disposition, serial number break & any other

service parts updates as per the Standards and Specs of Hella.

Expertise in analysis, design and development of documentation, which includes operator manuals,

service procedures and user manuals.

Analyzing complete multi-level bill of material (Machine BOM and Engineering BOM) and creating

spare parts catalog information for new products, also involved in schedule wise publication

activities.

For technical manuals, follows the guidelines and preparing illustrations by using software s like Cad

process, Team center, Pro E, IGES/.JT Models, Adobe illustrator and Photoshop as per Hella's

standards.

Resolving queries/issues from dealers/customers and product support engineers through parts catalog

report card related to Hella's products.

Familiarize the team with customer needs, standards, specifications, designs, techniques and tools to

support work performance.
