Job Description
- ML Model Development: Lead endtoend development and deployment of machine learning models.
- Collaborate: Work with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Optimize Pipelines: Build scalable and efficient ML pipelines following data management best practices.
- MLOps Leadership: Lead MLOps efforts model deployment monitoring retraining.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Foster a learning culture guide junior engineers.
- Integration: Work with development teams to integrate AI models smoothly into the product
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Data Science or similar.
- Python Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Python clean maintainable code practices.
- ML Frameworks & Tools: Expertise in TensorFlow PyTorch Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
- MLOps: Experience building ML deployment pipelines using Kubeflow MLflow.
- Data Skills: Extensive experience in data wrangling working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Architectural Expertise: Proven experience designing AI architectures for scale and reliability.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud platforms like AWS Azure GCP managing models in cloud environments.
- Product Lifecycle: Experience deploying ML models as part of product development.
- OpenSource Contributions: Past contributions to opensource AI/ML communities.
- Innovation & Creativity: Proven ability to create AI solutions independently from the ground up.
- Ability to take initiative work independently deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication to articulate technical concepts across teams.
- Proven experience in mentoring or managing junior engineers.
