Job Description
1. Dispense medicines to customers based on doctor prescriptions with utmost accuracy and provide detailed usage instructions.
2. Counsel customers on medication usage side effects and storage guidelines.
3. Maintain proper records of sales and purchases as per regulatory requirements.
4. Manage inventory including ordering receiving and stocking medicines to avoid shortages or excess.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety legal and regulatory standards.
6. Assist in organizing and displaying medicines and other products effectively in the store.
7. Provide exceptional customer service addressing any queries or concerns professionally.
8. Ensure proper storage conditions for all medications maintaining quality and efficacy.
Requirements
Indepth knowledge of medicines including their composition uses and potential side effects.
Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and dispense medicines accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in using billing software and maintaining digital records (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
Familiarity with regulations related to pharmacy operations and medication handling.
Additional Information
The candidate should be proactive trustworthy and ready to adapt to the operational standards of the store. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Vadodara for ease of commuting.
