Job Description

Director of Revenue Management

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize our organizations financial performance.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends competitive landscape and historical data to forecast demand and make informed pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of distribution channels and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement and optimize revenue management systems and tools to enhance decisionmaking processes.
  • Present revenue performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in revenue management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Hospitality Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue optimization strategies and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and developing highperforming teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisive datadriven decisions.
  • Indepth knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable.
