Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automotive software applications based on the AUTOSAR standard.
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules including RTE communication stacks and microcontroller drivers.
- Collaborate with system engineers and other developers to define and implement software requirements.
- Perform unit and integration testing of AUTOSAR software components.
- Understand and apply AUTOSAR specifications methodologies and tools.
- Maintain and document AUTOSAR code and configurations.
- Stay uptodate with the latest AUTOSAR developments and trends.
- May participate in customer meetings and provide technical support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Strong understanding of C programming and embedded system concepts.
- Indepth knowledge of the AUTOSAR standard (AUTOSAR 4.x or later preferred).
- Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools (e.g. Vector DaVinci EB TresOS).
- Familiarity with realtime operating systems (RTOS) concepts.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g. CAN LIN FlexRay Ethernet).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Requirement:
- Bilingual English and Japanese (N2 and above)
