About the program

The StudentLed Program Lead will take charge of guiding studentled initiatives overseeing project planning team coordination and decisionmaking processes. This role is integral to fostering leadership development among students empowering them to take ownership of projects make strategic decisions and solve problems creatively. The Program Lead will collaborate with peers and faculty to design and implement projects that encourage teamwork responsibility and creativity all while gaining realworld experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Program Initiatives

1. Take a leadership role in studentdriven projects from concept development to final execution.
2. Manage the project timeline ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Empower team members by delegating responsibilities and ensuring active participation from all.

Decision Making and Problem Solving

1. Lead the team in making critical decisions related to project goals resource allocation and execution strategies.
2. Address any issues that arise during the project and implement effective solutions.
3. Guide the team through reflection sessions to assess successes challenges and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication

1. Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel encouraged to share ideas and opinions.
2. Act as the liaison between the team faculty advisors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
3. Communicate updates and project outcomes to all relevant parties ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Project Execution

1. Coordinate the development of creative and sustainable project ideas focusing on innovation and impact.
2. Manage project resources including budgeting and logistics to ensure the program runs efficiently.
3. Organise and oversee all phases of project execution maintaining quality and consistency at every stage.

Facilitating Learning and Reflection

1. Create opportunities for the team to engage in continuous learning by reflecting on their experiences.
2. Encourage team members to think critically about their roles responsibilities and personal growth.
3. Facilitate discussions that promote problemsolving creative thinking and selfevaluation.

Skills and Qualifications

1. People skills 4 years of experience working collaboratively with govt stakeholders preferably in the education sector.
2. Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through previous roles or activities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating team collaboration and interactions.
4. Organisational skills to manage time resources and multiple aspects of the program efficiently.
5. Ability to work independently while guiding and inspiring others to achieve their goals.
6. Creative problemsolving skills to navigate challenges and foster innovative solutions.
7. A sense of responsibility and commitment to personal and team success.
