Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Production Manager to oversee the sales efforts and production of signs at Flasher Co. This is an exciting opportunity for a handson professional who is ready to drive growth improve operational efficiencies and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales for our sign manufacturing department. Build and maintain strong relationships with highway construction companies municipalities state agencies and walkin customers.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the sign production process to ensure quality efficiency and timely delivery. Manage the production team and ensure projects are completed within specifications and deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues improve workflows and ensure consistent highquality results.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service address client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance prepare reports and forecast future sales trends. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage production costs and sales budgets ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and production management preferably in the manufacturing construction or sign industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of traffic control striping or sign manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business management or a related field preferred.
