Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chatno phone support required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear timely communication (no phone calls needed)
- Moderate usergenerated content ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
- Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately for recordkeeping
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Provide detailed accurate information using the best tools and resources
- Achieve personal and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver seamless support
- Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines
- Support multiple workflows clients and markets as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
