Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes and experience

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize care delivery systems
- Shape organizational policies and procedures to ensure highest standards of care
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth while maintaining clinical excellence
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine Family Medicine Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics
- Track record of clinical leadership and program development
- Experience leading datadriven healthcare initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Passion for innovative healthcare delivery models
- Medicare service provision eligibility
- Vision for advancing patientcentered care models
