Nurse Manager MotherBaby Unit
Our client a leader in maternal and newborn care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead their MotherBaby Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while driving innovation and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the MotherBaby Unit ensuring highquality patient care.
- Develop implement and evaluate care protocols and procedures to meet the unique needs of mothers and newborns.
- Support and mentor nursing staff fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
- Manage staffing schedules budget planning and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
What Were Looking For
- Current RN licensure with at least 3 years of experience in maternalchild nursing.
- Proven leadership experience preferably in a motherbaby or maternity unit.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional patientcentered care.
