We re looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical postsales guidance to Automatit customers while maintaining longterm relationships identifying pain points and addressing them.
Work location hybrid from TelAviv
Responsibilities:
- Offer postsales technical support to customers on complicated technical issues
- Be in charge of a portfolio of local and EUbased customers
- Assess and address client queries and needs in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities
- Train customers on proper cloud environment usage
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Provide product performance reports to developers and stakeholders
- Assist with DevOps and Cloud delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction across all teams
- Monitor account metrics including CSAT and financials
Requirements :
- 5 years of working experience as a Technical Account Manager DevOps or Cloud Engineer
- Handson experience with an AWS environment
- Relevant AWS certification(s)
- Experience in customerfacing preferably with startups or SMB
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Clevel executives on relevant technical items
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication interpersonal critical thinking and problemsolving skills
