Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor for an International Airline you will be the key point of contact for airline customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers via digital channels offering flight information resolving booking issues and handling account inquiries all while ensuring precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for airline customers providing expert assistance
- Offer thorough and engaging support through digital communication channels
- Help passengers with bookings itinerary modifications and seat selection
- Address travelrelated issues including baggage concerns and flight delays
- Support customers with account management and frequent flyer program inquiries
- Accurately document all customer interactions in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
