Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve troubleshooting at the basic and intermediate levels ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of server and network systems.
Provide hardware and software support for various software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the L1 and L2 levels.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating systemlevel.
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
