What Youll Do:
- Provide excellent support to Dutchspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries technical issues and product/servicerelated questions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Customeroriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
