Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients individual needs and goals
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques exercises and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and mobility
Monitor and track patients progress making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation
Stay current on industry developments and advancements in physical therapy practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
