The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a highperforming team in New York NY. This role offers the opportunity to tackle challenging intellectual property cases and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. Your expertise will be key to the success of the team and its clients.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in complex intellectual property and patent litigation cases.
- Develop and execute innovative legal strategies.
- Draft motions briefs and other litigation documents.
- Manage PTAB disputes and assist in trial and appellate preparations.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to navigate highprofile legal challenges.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith demonstrated experience in IP or patent litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and written communication skills.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are strong assets.

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for team and client engagement.
