The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a premier team in Palo Alto CA. This role offers the chance to work on innovative and highimpact intellectual property cases. Your expertise will help shape the future of intellectual property law and contribute to groundbreaking legal solutions.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in complex intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
- Develop effective and creative legal strategies.
- Draft motions briefs and other litigationrelated documentation.
- Handle PTAB disputes and assist with trial and appellate preparations.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to address challenging and cuttingedge legal issues.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith demonstrated IP or patent litigation experience.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and communication abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a significant advantage.

- Expertise in intellectual property litigation and deep knowledge of patent law.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal abilities for team and client interactions.
- Exceptional written and oral communication for litigation success.
