The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate IP Litigation to join a toptier team in San Francisco CA. This role offers the opportunity to engage in complex and highstakes intellectual property cases. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in advancing innovative solutions in a dynamic legal landscape.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in intricate intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
- Develop innovative legal strategies and draft litigation documents including motions and briefs.
- Handle PTAB disputes and assist with trial and appellate preparations.
- Collaborate with a talented team to navigate cuttingedge legal challenges.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Law school graduate fromwith proven experience in IP or patent litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science mechanical engineering chemical engineering biomedical engineering or similar fields are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong legal research analytical and communication abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a plus.

- Expertise in intellectual property litigation and deep knowledge of patent law.
- Strategic thinking and analytical problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for team and client engagement.
- Strong written and oral communication for effective litigation advocacy.
