Join Our Team as a Client Product Account Executive

Location: London(hybrid working: 23 days per week in the office)
Level: EntryLevel (12 month contract)

What Youll Do:

  • Support our Client Account Managers with daytoday operations from onboarding new clients to managing account data.
  • Communicate directly with clients assisting with queries and building great relationships.
  • Contribute to creating seamless client experiences by maintaining high standards of service and delivery.
  • Assist with reporting billing and resolving disputes ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Get handson experience with projects that improve processes and drive operational excellence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Ideally some experience in a clientfacing or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confidence with numbers and tools like MS Office especially Excel (basic to medium proficiency required there will be an Excel test).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus!
  • A curious problemsolving mindset with a passion for getting things done.
