Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Design and develop highquality eLearning content including WebBased Training (WBT) Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) and InstructorLed Training (ILT) courses using interactive learning models.
- Create engaging microlearning videos storyboards and scripts that align with instructional goals and learning strategies.
- Implement intuitive and visually compelling online training materials by making informed choices about visual elements interactivity and course flow.
- Write edit and proofread productionquality materials to meet the needs of a global audience.
Project and Content Management
- Manage and execute multiple content development projects independently setting priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic evolving work environment.
- Complete administrative tasks such as creating courses and maintaining uptodate content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Regularly update and maintain content assets to ensure alignment with current business needs and learner preferences.
Instructional Design and Strategy
- Use sound instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE SAM) and adult learning principles to develop courses and supplementary materials.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify training gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
- Assist in creating design documents specifying learning objectives strategies and materials.
- Anticipate learner needs to create engaging intuitive and effective training experiences.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders team members and developers to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in working sessions with clients to review materials incorporate feedback and deliver highquality results.
- Use data dashboards to evaluate the impact of training and share results with stakeholders to inform future improvements.
Quality and Innovation
- Solve creative challenges by devising innovative solutions for content presentation interactivity and assessment.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner surveys and other metrics and continuously optimize content based on feedback.
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and AI solutions (e.g. Adobe Firefly) to create multimedia assets including videos animations and interactive elements.
- Ensure training materials are accessible userfriendly and aligned with global standards including accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design Education Web Development or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in eLearning content development instructional design or similar roles.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and multimedia design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in nontechnical terms to stakeholders and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual creativity.
