Job Description
Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and align business and user needs.
- Lead requirement gathering and strategic UX activities.
- Create workflows wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis (qualitative and quantitative).
- Facilitate workshops to gain insights and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards and are scalable for complex environments.
- Drive projects independently showcasing strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Deliver designs and strategies tailored for internal users ensuring operational efficiency and alignment.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design including strategic UX.
- Proven experience working on complex projects preferably in banking government or similar industries.
- Strong skills in prototyping and requirement mapping.
- Ability to work independently and take leadership responsibility in projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Agile methods.
- Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Selfmotivation resourcefulness and a problemsolving mindset.
- UI design.
- Interaction design.
- Swedish and English
Meritorious:
A university degree in a relevant field.
