Key Responsibilities and Role Objectives

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar creative role.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms with a strong understanding of current trends and tools.
- Creative flair with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience or a keen interest in HRrelated digital content is a huge plus.
