Job Description
Employment Duration: 13 weeks
Salary: $2300 per week
Work Location: Acute care adult hospital
Number of Beds: 344 beds at the hospital
Patient Ratios: 8 or 9 complex cases if paired with another RN 1:25 to 30 if handling discharge planning only
Documentation System: MIDAS/Meditech Nate Navihealth Care Team Assignment
Call Requirements: Required to work every third weekend
Floating Policy: All social workers float except trauma
Patient Experience Requirements: Knowledge of Hospital discharge planning/execution and knowledge of MDR or IDT
Qualifications: Must have MIDAS/Meditech Experience PASRR Navihealth MSW or LCSW
Typical Procedures Performed: Discharge planning MDR Referrals Working with Family and Patients

Additional Information: All social workers must be adaptable to a fastpaced unit and function well independently.
