Job Description
Job Title: Associate Litigator
Location: Miami FL (Local candidates only)
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
We are seeking a motivated junior to midlevel litigator with a strong academic background to join our Restructuring Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Candidates must have exceptional legal skills strong problemsolving abilities and a genuine interest in restructuring and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle complex litigation matters including research drafting and presenting legal arguments in court.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on restructuring and insolvencyrelated matters.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy discovery and trial preparation.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal issues and provide sound recommendations.
- Engage with clients courts and opposing counsel in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Good academics/good schools are important.
