About the Role
As Consulting Director you will be at the forefront of building and expanding the consulting offerings of the business. Leveraging a solid reputation for technical excellence and innovation you will work closely with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Define and implement the consulting business strategy identifying market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
- Client Engagement: Analyze client needs lead the commercial process negotiate offers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Key Account Managers ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing missions ensuring high standards of delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recruitment & Contracts: Lead recruitment processes negotiate consultant contracts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and French.
