Our company has a client in need of a Workday Administrator in Boston MA.
Responsibilities:
* Workday Administrator supports the design development and performance of Workday HCM
* Collaborate with HR teams to drive and participate in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies
* Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners
* Analyzes data flow processes and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency within digital enterprise
* Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions
* Has expertise in modifying backend configurations and supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes
* Assists in leading Core HCM Compensation and Recruitment system processes
* As a Workday Administrator you will provide strong project management skills throughout implementation while working closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure backend mapping is correct
* Provide training and support to endusers developing documentation and user guides including video
* Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday HCM
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday functional and technical questions troubleshooting and resolving systemrelated problems
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in systems support Information Technology or similar; Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree * Workday Certified in HCM and at least 2 other SKUs * 3 years of experience with and indepth knowledge of Workday HCM including rolebased security administration for HR Payroll and Finance business users * Skilled at the maintenance and support of integrations * Knowledgeable of deployment of Workday releases and troubleshooting issues with configuration
