Position Name: RN Unit Manager Urgent Need!
Location: Lebanon PA 17042
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Contract Length: 09 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Days: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee and manage nursing operations on the unit. As a Unit Manager you will be responsible for ensuring highquality patient care leading and mentoring nursing staff and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will serve as a leader in the clinical setting collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and work closely with patients and their families to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific unit within a healthcare facility including supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
- Develop implement and evaluate patient care plans ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and ensure that appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff including training mentoring and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
