Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator to support our process maturity initiative and manage vehicle onboarding activities with the Mobility Operations team. This role will report directly to the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager and indirectly to the Sr. Manager of Mobility Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Operations Management:
- Oversee vehicle onboarding offboarding and inventory tracking processes.
- Manage title and license processes track registration status handle renewals and support vehicle remarketing.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Knowledge Management:
- Develop standardized templates and responses for customer agents to enhance consistency and quality in chat and email interactions.
- Create manage and update operational procedures job aids and reference guides.
- Facilitate regular document reviews with SMEs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure documentation adheres to legal compliance and KINTO writing guidelines.
Qualifications (MustHaves):
- 3 years of process management or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to create standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in facilitating meetings.
Preferred:
- Fleet management experience.
- Experience working with call center agents.
