We are currently looking for a passionate ambitious and selfmotivated Senior Backend Developer (Ruby) located in Spain to join our clients development team. We are looking for strong technical people who are able to challenge the CTOs opinion and develop innovative solutions together. The client is a startup offering an exciting project that will enable the whole company to innovate.
For our Clients we create innovation results proven structured and repeatable.

Tasks
As a Senior Ruby Developer your role will include:
- Developing clean and efficient Ruby code for highimpact projects.
- Design and implementation of scalable eventdriven architectures. The company is currently on the path from monolithic to microservices.
- Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with AI tools and exploring modern technologies.
- Maintaining and improving proprietary frameworks for better performance and productivity.
- Driving CI/CD practices to ensure seamless development and deployment workflows.
- Working closely with the CTO and with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
Essential:
You should apply if you...
- Are passionate about AI modern tools and writing clean efficient code.
- Proactively embrace new technologies and thrive on solving complex problems.
- Excel in collaboration delivering results and mastering development tools.
- Have 5 years of Ruby experience (10 years preferred).
- Are fluent in English.
And experienced with:
- Building modern Ruby backends with event sourcing.
- Working with proprietary frameworks.
- Utilizing GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Implementing advanced CI/CD practices.
- Prioritizing developer productivity and efficiency.
