Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Relationship Managers and Sales Managers to drive sales and build strong client relationships for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the financial services sector and a deep understanding of these products.
Key Responsibilities:
For Relationship Manager (RM):

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Crosssell other financial products to enhance customer portfolio.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Ensure timely followup and excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty.

Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through direct marketing referrals and networking.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
For Sales Manager (SM):

Team Management:
- Recruit train and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute branch sales strategies for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners like real estate developers brokers and DSA (Direct Sales Agents).

Revenue and Target Management:
- Drive revenue growth through effective team management and market penetration.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

Compliance and Process Management:
- Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- RM: Minimum 3 years in sales preferably in Home Loans and LAP.
- SM: Minimum 5 years with at least 2 years in a leadership role in financial products.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
