Description Manager TAG
Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fast Search People Search and will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage daytoday recruitment activities and contribute to the companys growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the endtoend recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Utilize Fast Search
  • People Search tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Manage recruitmentrelated projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment with expertise in Fast Search
  • People Search.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Show proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Have a proven track record of successful hires and meeting recruitment targets.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
