Job Title: Associate Director – Employee Relation
Job Summary / Role:
Location – BLR
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing HR Employee Relation processes running across employee life cycle with respect to case management post investigation conducting domestic enquiry. attending conciliation proceedings in labour department guiding management representatives for cases. Handle disputes in labour courts both under ID act as well as S&E ac. Handle sensitive IR issues. Liaise with labour department. Preparing pro active engagement practices for promoting positive work environment.
