Job Description
Job Title: DotNet Developer
Core/ Division: Business Automation / Technology
Job level: Executive/Senior Executive
Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Experience Required: Proven experience of insert years in .NET development (C# ASP.NET .NET Core).
Experience Preferred: 1 2 Years in a Fin tech company or broking agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
o Design develop test and maintain .NETbased applications using C# ASP.NET and .NET Core.
o Implement new features improve existing functionality and optimize performance across applications.
o Write highquality efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices.
System Architecture & Design:
o Work with the software architecture team to design scalable and robust application architectures.
o Contribute to the development of application architectures and technology stacks that enhance business capabilities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
o Collaborate with product owners business analysts and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
o Communicate project progress risks and challenges effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring:
o Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and best practices for application development.
o Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Troubleshooting & Debugging:
o Identify analyze and resolve complex application issues across different environments (development testing production).
o Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Full SDLC Involvement:
o Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering design development testing deployment and postrelease maintenance.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
o Stay updated with the latest technologies frameworks and best practices in .NET and software development.
o Drive continuous improvements in development processes tools and techniques to enhance team productivity and code quality.
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in objectoriented programming (OOP).
o Experience with frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript Angular/React (optional).
o Database experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs web services and cloud platforms (Azure AWS preferred).
o Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Soft Skills: Strong problemsolving teamwork and communication skills.
