Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with expertise in ITOM and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform including handson development platform upgrades and managing complex customer instances.
Key Responsibilities

ITOM & CMDB Expertise:
- Design configure and implement ITOM solutions including CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Ensure effective configuration management and integration of CMDB with ITOM processes.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CMDB ensuring proper data governance and quality.

Platform Governance & Development:
- Define and support technical governance processes for ServiceNow platform management.
- Develop and maintain standards and practices to uphold platform health and architecture integrity.
- Conduct ServiceNow HealthScan to assess performance manageability usability scalability and security.
- Guide platform design focusing on integration scalability and best practices.

ITSM Development:
- Handson development in ITSM modules such as Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Portal and Service Catalog.
- Advanced scripting and development: Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes Business Rules Scheduled Jobs.

Platform Upgrades and Optimization:
- Manage and execute platform upgrades for customer and complex instances.
- Assess architecture and solution designs to align with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to accelerate designtodeployment cycles.
