Position: CHIEF DISTRIBUTION OFFICER
Location: Kolkata
Responsibilities
Distribution strategy: Developing strategies for entering new markets identifying distributors and coordinating with the field team to acquire distributor
Product Placement: Ensuring successful new product launches and working with the product team to build a supply chain for client servicing
Revenue: Planning revenue forecasting and analyzing performance to ensure revenue goals are met
Systems: Specifying systems requirements and investments to support revenue streams Keeping track of quality quantity delivery timeline transport costs and efficiency.
Resolving problems or complaints related to customer/distributor operations.
Oversee daytoday operations.
Define and implement operations strategy structure and processes.
Manage quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
Coordinate support to operations throughout the business.
