MustHave: The candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Job Description: Overall 5 years of experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience in VBCS. Should be proficient in Visual Builder/Oracle JET Java Script REST API HTML CSS SQL. Should have functional knowledge in CRM SFA and PRM. Knowledge in Oracle Digital Sales and CX Sales(Redwood). Should have knowledge in configuring business processes security mechanisms like job roles and usage of different authentication mechanisms(Bearer Token Basic Auth OAuth JWT) etc. Experience in OICS(Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage. Should be able to go through existing configuration/ scripting and be able to create functional/ technical documents. Desired Criteria 4 years of industry experience in Oracle CX Sales. Knowledge and technical knowhow in Oracle Next Gen Digital Sales and Redwood will be added advantage. Strong expertise and experience in technical solutioning. Should be able to understand and transform business requirements to CX solutions. Should be able to work in any shift. Should have excellent analytical skills to solve complex problems. Certificate in CX App Development/CX Integration is preferred.
