Responsibilities
Be responsible for sales target of assigned customer accounts in overseas and local sales territory.
Develop and implement account management plans tactical sales plans and marketing plans and activities to meet business development goals.
Execute both international and local exhibitions customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
Conduct sales and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
Responsible for reporting of customer accounts and territory performance and tracking sales opportunities progress in CRM and ERP systems.
Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to facilitate the fulfillment of customer s sales enquiries and orders.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business Admin or related discipline.
Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in hightech industries with good sales track.
Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in German French or Japanese is an added advantage.
Experience in using Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software.
Assertive result oriented resilient with good communication skill.
Additional language skills is an added advantage (Mandarin German Japanese French)
